One of our closest friends. Came from Italy in 1996, really just to help out his uncle – and stayed. He has run Eiscafé Adria since 2007, his motto: “Anything but boring”. Our ice cream comes exclusively from him, because it's fresh and tastes ridiculously good.

Timo Hippner, Coburg's town cheesemaker. His love of cheese began on childhood holidays at small dairies in the Allgäu; for more than 20 years it has been his job. He sells only traditionally made cheese – in his shop on Badergasse and at the Coburg weekly market. Our cheese selection comes from him.
