Bubbles: Perrier-Jouët
The Champagne that tastes really, really, really good. Its bottle with the white anemones was designed by Art Nouveau artist Émile Gallé in 1902 – and then the design lay forgotten in a cupboard for some 60 years. Alongside it there's Prosecco rosé and spumante from Ponte in the Veneto – the rosé by the glass too – and Graham Beck Brut Rosé from South Africa.
